Pure Lotus Organics Return Policy

At Pure Lotus Organics, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Duration:
You can return unused items within 30 days of your purchase.

Condition of the Product:
We only accept returns for items that are in their original condition: unused, unopened, and with all original packaging.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you. If your return is approved, we'll initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You can expect the refund within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us immediately. We'll arrange for the item to be returned at our expense and replace it for you.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.

Return Procedure:
To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at sales@purelotusorganics.net with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Once we approve your return request, we'll send you the address where you can send the product.
  3. Pack the item securely and include a copy of the packing slip (if available).
  4. Send the package via a traceable method (like UPS, FedEx, or insured Parcel Post).
  5. Keep the return tracking number for your records.

Exceptions:
Please note that we cannot accept returns on final sale items or items purchased from our pop-up craft fairs.
