Pure Lotus Organics bloomed right at our family’s kitchen table.
Like many beginnings, it all started with a problem close to home: our youngest son had mild eczema. We spent night after night scanning ingredient lists, trying every “sensitive‑skin” cream we could find, but nothing gave him lasting relief. When we realized those off‑the‑shelf promises came wrapped in mystery chemicals and watered‑down actives, we decided to take matters (and whisks!) into our own hands.
From Kitchen Experiment to Breakthrough Body Butter
Armed with an old stand mixer, stacks of DIY skincare books, and lots of late‑night research, we set out to craft a better option—one that was:

- Free of synthetic fragrances, dyes, and parabens
- Rich in unrefined butters and cold‑pressed oils that actually feed the skin
After countless test batches (and an impressive mountain of dishes), we perfected a whipped body butter that finally soothed his eczema. His skin calmed, the flare‑ups faded, and for the first time in months he could play basketball without scratching through time‑outs.
Friends, Family, and the Little Jar That Could
Word travels fast in a big family. Relatives noticed his transformation and asked, “What’s your secret?” When we handed them tiny mason jars of our body butter, the reviews were glowing—literally. Requests snowballed from “Can I get another jar?” to “You should sell this!”
That backyard‑barbecue feedback loop became the spark for Pure Lotus Organics. We registered the business, chose the lotus (a symbol of rebirth and holistic balance) as our emblem, and set out to build a skincare line as transparent as the Florida sunshine.
