Pure Lotus Organics wholesale terms
Thank you for your interest in carrying Pure Lotus Organics. These terms apply to all wholesale orders. Questions? Write to us at purelotusorganics@gmail.com.
Orders and minimums
- Opening order minimum: $100
- Reorder minimum: $50
- Wholesale pricing is shared with approved retail partners directly and is not published on this site.
Payment
- Payment is 100% upfront, by the secure invoice link we email you.
- Production begins once payment is received.
Lead time and fulfillment
- Lead time: 7-10 business days from payment. Everything is handmade in small batches, so larger or seasonal orders may take longer. We will tell you up front.
- Shipping is calculated at checkout and paid by the buyer.
- Local pickup is available in the Bradenton, Florida area.
Products
- Every batch is handmade, so color, texture and scent strength can vary slightly from batch to batch.
- Seasonal collections and fragrances are available for a limited time. If a fragrance is unavailable, we will contact you before substituting.
- Private label is available on request. Ask us about minimums and timing.
Damaged or incorrect items
- If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right with a replacement or credit.
Reselling our products
- Please present our products as handmade bath and body products. Do not make medical or health claims about them.
- Retailers may be asked for a valid Florida resale certificate for tax purposes.
